And with that, our intrepid heroes slip away behind the hillock and disappear into the thickets heading towards the Eastern Deep! They’re not out of the woods yet–by all accounts they just went into the woods, so their story is faaar from over. Don’t you worry, we’ll be returning to them before this chapter’s done.
This past Monday, we locked in our BackerKit pre-order store and are happy to announce that we raised an additional $3,000 on top of the $35,926 from our initial Kickstarter campaign, officially putting our total earnings (well) over 200% earned!
We couldn’t be happier to see the success of this second campaign and Beyond the Western Deep as a whole so clearly manifested–and we simply could not have done it without your incredible help. So, because I love sharing this image:

I would wonder what would happen if a Legion of Roman Soldiers went through a portal to the edge of the Eastern Deep (just as Quin & Dak enter the forest) and run into the Lupine patrol. (Yes, I expect a language barrier between the Lupines & Romans).
