The Abyssal Dunes: Page 16
This’ll be a pretty quick post this week, since I’ve been pretty swamped in post-Rose City Comic Con catch-up, but suffice it to say we have a very successful show down in Portland and absolutely loved it!
Guest artist Leah Briere and I had a ton of fun meeting readers new and old alike, talking about Western Deep, and generally getting folks interested in the world. We definitely enjoyed ourselves between convention days as well, partaking in timeless Portland endeavors like going to Powell’s Bookshop and eating a bunch of amazing donuts at Voodoo Donuts.
Obviously the 3 hour drive to and from was a bit much, but you can bet we’d consider going next year again if we got a table!
Anyway, like I said, quick post this week–have yourselves a wonderful weekend, and we’ll see you all next week!
Jerome, that lighting practice really paid dividends; it looks great!
As always Great Work!
A healer for a sprain? As a longtime athlete I find Cain’s lack of self-treatment knowledge offensive. Improvise a splint, wolf dude; you’re sitting on a bunch of rigid material and wearing plenty of fabric.
Ah yes, the days before insurance, when a simple injury could break your bank account, so unlike todays modern standards…
…wait…
“Right now, or all together?”
Cain is making it sound like there’s a difference.
