Our Kickstarter is LIVE at

The chase continues! That collapsing pillar conveniently dropped our heroes above the writhing many-legged swarm below, but obviously it’s just a matter of time before they close the distance!
And hey, speaking of closing the distance! As we mentioned last week, in less than 72 hours we fully funded the printing of Beyond the Western Deep Volume Two on Kickstarter! Not only that, but we’ve already cruised past TWO STRETCH GOALS and are closing in on our THIRD!
Firstly, all backers will be receiving a digital download of the Beyond the Western Deep main theme, written by Hollywood composer Nolan Markey (Star Wars: The Clone Wars/Star Wars: Rebels) and performed by a live orchestra!
Physical backers will also be receiving two 5×7″ prints: Tracy Butler’s ermehn print, and Leah Briere’s fireside chat print! If you’re a fan of the Sratha-din, these prints will have you covered! Except for Ashtor. Ashtor’s the odd man out here :)
Our SECOND stretch goal does have Ashtor, though! We’re going to be sending all physical backers a CHARACTER EMOTE STICKER SHEET including images Rachel created for our Discord server (which all backers receive an invitation to, assuming they haven’t been removed previously).
As I write this post, we’re sitting at $24,182, which means that we’re less than $900 away from hitting our THIRD stretch goal, which sees all pin-receiving pledgers upgraded to receive a brand new KENOSH PIN!
The super-mad-otter-dad himself will be paired (appropriately, perhaps) with Hardin in a special Volume Two Enamel Pin Set, similar to how Quin and Dakkan were paired up in our last Kickstarter campaign. We REALLY want to hit this stretch goal and get everyone their Kenosh pin, so help us by spreading the word far and wide!
After this stretch goal, we get into some interesting territory! Iron-on flag patches, a brand new PDF featuring prose stories by yours truly, and of course the BIG ONE at $35,000: a full reprint of the Volume One standard hardcover. Believe it or not, we’re down to our final boxes of Volume One hardcovers, and the ones that aren’t being sold in this campaign are being saved for Emerald City Comic Con (which was just rescheduled to August 21-23, 2020). We hope a reprint will give us stock for future Kickstarters, conventions, and of course online sales, once we figure out what we want to do there.
Anyway, we want to thank all of our readers for your incredible, unprecedented support as Volume Two‘s Kickstarter campaign continues to exceed our wildest expectations. We couldn’t do this without your help, and we hope that even more new readers join us as we’re only 1/3 of the way through this campaign!
Nice
OMG, you even got a professional composer and orchestra to make a theme? I’m starting to wonder if an animated show might be on the way too!
I I dream and dream about it it would be too good I could not stop watching the background you have to hope for
If there is an animated show, I will back it with what I can.
That worked out well! “How convenient!” ;)
